just watched the kotaku video. usually i don't get involved in these types of things, but that video was just unbelievable. they knew full well that for some reason they couldn't push the hdmi connector all the way in on the "faulty" unit, but they didn't bother looking into the port and trying to figure out why it wouldn't go all of the way in? seriously?

the HDMI pins on the Kotaco unit were buggered up. they bent them back down and the unit worked.

I'ts the hdmi port for sure. He had the safe mode screen on the t.v and then he tried to move the ps4 screen went blank.
