recently "discovered" Card's novels, so I'm set on books. Movies though are gonna be a struggle.
You read 19 books in 7 days?
I don't mean to doubt you, but that's almost 3 books a day lol. Did you start reading them last year?
I gave these a try last year and wasn't a fan. Thanks for the rec though! The Discworld audio books are pretty good! Start off as strictly fantasy satire but end up being just amazing stories with awesome characters.
Does Kung Fury count as a movie? It's only 30 minutes long.
Huh. That's a tricky one.Does Kung Fury count as a movie? It's only 30 minutes long.
Across America a mysterious disease is turning ordinary people into raving, paranoid murderers who inflict brutal horrors on strangers, themselves, and even their own families.
Working under the governments shroud of secrecy, CIA operative Dew Phillips crisscrosses the country trying in vain to capture a live victim. With only decomposing corpses for clues, CDC epidemiologist Margaret Montoya races to analyze the science behind this deadly contagion. She discovers that these killers all have one thing in common theyve been contaminated by a bioengineered parasite, shaped by a complexity far beyond the limits of known science.
Meanwhile Perry Dawsey a hulking former football star now resigned to life as a cubicle-bound desk jockey awakens one morning to find several mysterious welts growing on his body. Soon Perry finds himself acting and thinking strangely, hearing voices . . . he is infected.
The fate of the human race may well depend on the bloody war Perry must wage with his own body, because the parasites want something from him, something that goes beyond mere murder.
Things have gone horribly wrong for the fauns at the spring festival of Lupricasia. A princess has been kidnapped, and visiting feline dignitaries have been blamed for the kidnapping. Corry, the young wizard shape shifter who saw the kidnapping, has been sent hurdling over a waterfall at a deadly height. Meanwhile the wolfling bandits who unwittingly hold the clues that would explain the kidnapping are about to be discovered by a bounty hunter and his employer, bent on their destruction.
How often do people count 500+ books as two books? I am not sure if I should do it or not.
Personally? Never. Really up to you.How often do people count 500+ books as two books? I am not sure if I should do it or not.

I've got a feeling I'll struggle with the book part, I probably shouldn't have started with In search of lost time.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can always "make up for it" by reading shorter books, and read other things while you read those. And most people would count each book separately, instead of counting all of it as a single entry.
Best way to put it really. The point of this whole thing is to grow ourselves. So if it's going to help you grow, so it.Would it help motivate you to read longer books that you wouldn't otherwise read? Then do it.
Is personally say no. I don't think it's in the spirit of the challenge. Can I count TV shows as a movie? I have just finished Man in the High Castle, and I am wondering whether to add it on or not.
I don't. A movie is a different format of media presentation than a TV show. I count them separately. Can I count TV shows as a movie? I have just finished Man in the High Castle, and I am wondering whether to add it on or not.
Already watched 13 movies. Someone stop me. Maybe the Netflix blockage isn't such a bad thing after all.
I also decided to try and get 5000 manga chapters and 500 anime episodes under my belt.
5000 manga chapters? Jesus.
