Except for Secretary of Transportation, George W. Bush's entire cabinet had their hearings before inauguration day. Four on January 17th, five on January 18th.

Seven of them were confirmed on inauguration day.

The controversial one was Attorney General John Ashcroft, who had four days of hearings before being confirmed on Feb 1st.
