SotC turned out to be turbo-hard-mode EU version which made the platinum more of a chore than it should have been.

That subjective point aside ICO collection was an excellent remaster.

Didn't know about that. And either way, it's not something that it would matter for FFXII considering they already have the definitive edition of the game and it doesn't suffer from that.
