It runs even worse on AMD GPUs on PC.

To be fair, after the latest patch I'm getting some decent (not what I want results) @ 1920x1080 with gameworks off, and medium shadows/lod, everything else on. Like locked 30 with some microstutters on occasion when gliding around or batmobile. Indoor is good.

I really expect there to be no stuttering and fps in the valley of 45-60+, but I'm too afraid to take off the cap in fear of crashing the game.

I5-4670k stock
8 GB DDR3
7200 RPM drive.

I wish I had a solid state drive because I'm pretty sure the data streaming is causing the stuttering on my game.
