I don't think you understand how serious gambling is taken, especially underage gambling. Then you also have the possibility of the IRS coming after all of them for possible tax evasion.

Although depending on how much this blows up, who knows whether they'll use this opportunity to make an example of them and set a precedent for new legislation that's regularly enforced online.
I know it's not good to wish bad upon others, but I'd be lying if I said wouldn't feel smug if they were given short sentences in jail.

Good video; I enjoyed hearing your reaction and take on the situation. I feel like you did a good job portraying, not just your own but, most people thoughts on the matter.
To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed that you do not look like your avatar.
The FTC would only really be concerned with the lack of disclosure in his videos right? I'd imagine the actual gambling site itself would be up to the FBI to deal with, and that might be a weird legal grey zone right now, but I might be (probably am, what do I know about this stuff?) wrong.
The FTC would go in hard on the betting against yourself while also being in control of the wheel, so to speak. He's not only allowing for underaged gambling, he's also fixing the odds entirely in his own favor while betting on it.
