Said it on twitter..byyee have fun in jail!

Echoing what others have been saying it doesn't sound like ProSyndicate is getting as much attention as Tmartn; isn't ProSyndicate a larger channel?

ProSyndicate has wisely kept schtum, whereas Tmartn's panic rant video and his 'Lol i did it' tweet haven't helped his case. Also, the hilarious logged in reaction video. That shit is timeless.

JoshOG? Didn't he just host a big-ish Overwatch tournament? Interesting. Is shady shit going on behind the scenes in esports the norm?

Because TmartTn was dumb enough to record a video of himself walking around his mansion shit talking the guy who found him out and asking how "How do they live with themselves?"

Uploading my first and only, ever, "reaction" video to this bullshit. (NOT monetized, fwiw, none of my content is)

Hope those two asshats see it, though I doubt it. They'll probably be too busy trying to wriggle out from under the pile of shit they've dumped on themselves.

Thanks for the breakdown. Played it while I was sorting through work files and I feel like I'm caught up.

I came in here clean though - I had no idea any of this was going on. It's pretty gross and that video with the guy logged into his cs bot account is so damning.

I'll say this. I'd be shocked if jail time is in the cards.

What will most likely happen is their site gets shut down and they'll most likely be sued in which they'll have to settle.

Yeah this is slimy shit i don't think there is any way around it being anything close to legit.

The video of him promoting the site like he had just found it and they approached him about being sponsors was probably the worst one.

The thing that really pisses me off about all of this is that both of these guys were already rich just from making youtube videos before they even started this CSGOlotto nonsense. At what point do you have enough money that you don't want to go and do shady ass shit like this? Apparently it's never enough for some people. Scumbags.

What would be funny is if the Fine Bros do a reaction video to this because Syndicate has been in a few of their YouTubers React videos

Who is video game attorney? Is he literally just an attorney for video games?

Not necessarily but he specialises in areas of law that is typically relevant for game developers and people involved in online activities regarding copyright, eSports, etc. Basically digital media.

His name comes from when he used to (still does) help the indie game community with not being scammed by small BS publishers, forming an appropriate business, advice, etc.

Yep. The only thing that will come from this is that the site will be gone and they'll lose a little money from their fat bank accounts. Probably not even enough for them to feel it.

I don't think you understand how serious gambling is taken, especially underage gambling. Then you also have the possibility of the IRS coming after all of them for possible tax evasion.

You're likely right.

Although depending on how much this blows up, who knows whether they'll use this opportunity to make an example of them and set a precedent for new legislation that's regularly enforced online.

I know it's not good to wish bad upon others, but I'd be lying if I said wouldn't feel smug if they were given short sentences in jail.

Heaven help them if the actual gambling (coin flip) have been rigged.

It just gets worse and worse, no admission of anything being morally wrong. I don't know if it's illegal or not, seems like it, but c'mon man. You went back and changed the descriptions of the videos and then went on to lie about it.

Good video; I enjoyed hearing your reaction and take on the situation. I feel like you did a good job portraying, not just your own but, most people thoughts on the matter.

To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed that you do not look like your avatar.

The FTC would only really be concerned with the lack of disclosure in his videos right? I'd imagine the actual gambling site itself would be up to the FBI to deal with, and that might be a weird legal grey zone right now, but I might be (probably am, what do I know about this stuff?) wrong.

The FTC would go in hard on the betting against yourself while also being in control of the wheel, so to speak. He's not only allowing for underaged gambling, he's also fixing the odds entirely in his own favor while betting on it.
