Actually, it'll probably be earlier than that--last time, the DLC went up when the maintenance started, not when it ended.

Store updated in the UK, but I couldn't find the download for the life of me. I booted the game and the patch isn't active yet. Looks like they updated the graphics on the eShop before adding the download.
Now I have to go to work all day. Really hope I can find time to play this tonight. =_=
