It looks like New Year break hasn't started for Famitsu yet (the website, not the magazine), so looks like they'll have the charts ready today. They've always put a warning when there was delays before, too, so I'm sure we'll have everything today.

In fact, 4Gamer.net could also have had their charts out today, but it looks like their break started yesterday, so...

I'd say Minecraft is the difference, but exists at retail for PS4 too.

That said, Vita seems to be advertised as a gift for kids this year (Christmas stocking + copy of Minecraft) and that seems to be working better than what PS4 has to offer for the holidays.
