This isn't the new Cruis'n game- still unsure when that will be unveiled- but it is something Arcade Heroes mentioned a while back. Turns out that this is being done by Play Mechanix, and this looks to be their first racer. Everything else they did was either a light gun shooter (Big Buck HD, Terminator Salvation, Aliens Armageddon) or a redemption game (they did the Deal Or No Deal redemption title).
The big thing to note here is that it has online multiplayer and online stat tracking, so if your local establishment can't afford the 8-player hookup, then online can fill out the rest.
It should be at the IAAPA show next month, so AH should have a report on how it plays.
