Btw, for anyone interested, Mr. Kobunheat, aka Chris Kohler has written a follow up after playing through the game.

His general impressions are basically: Fascinating in concept, creepy in delivery, and boring as a game.

It cracks me up that so many discussions about women characters in games are centered around the lack of characterization, that women are not given elaborate histories or personalities and are just there to be love interests or sexual titilation.

Yet here is a game that does the opposite and the response is she's "too humanized" and it's creepy because naturally everyone wants to look up her skirt or down her shirt, or whatever the OP is implying.

Yeah, I found that argument particularly bizarre. There really was no way for the devs to win here.

So that's the infamous pool picture, eh? Truly scandalous. This game really is a bucket of slime.

Don't get me wrong, it's obviously a girlfriend simulator. But the actual content of the game is so mild that I can't see OP's statements as anything other than hyperbole.
