Question for those who have finished Bloodborne (no spoilers please): Does the ending open enough to accommodate a sequel?

Each of the endings have about as much ambiguity as you'd expect from a Souls game, although in the normal ending it's played pretty straight. There's plenty of room to branch out imo.
