Remember this clue, “Ace Attorney, Ace Ventura, Ace Hardware, King Koopa, King Kong”, is supposed the be used in connection with this picture.
It obviously sounds like a connection with a full house(AAA KK), but I dont know how it connects to this picture of 3 random dudes. Then again a full house can be any 3 of a kind and pair. AAA KK makes it the nut full house, as in the highest full house possible. I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

That's Paul in the middle, pretty sure IGN's Fran Mirabella on the left, and I think that's someone else from IGN on the right.
But I'm also pretty sure Paul's full of shit, so I'm not really gonna be any help here.

Danny, Jessie and Joey are the names of the 3 men in Full House. He was talking about Bob Saget, and his character's name is called Danny Tanner. That's most likely it.

I think I'm the most upset about the omission of Crash, Spyro and Lara Croft. Nothing about the roster has really been left field though. Just can't wait to try it out.
While Heihachi is the best representative of Tekken, his inclusion makes me wish it was two reps for some franchises. Jin, Nina, Kazuya or Eddy (button mashing!) would have been good too.

Also, it's interesting that rivalries are more than X vs Y. Sounds like they are all tying it together.
And even more interesting is not who, but how the boss fight is. Maybe the PS3 "freezes", which you then have to restart, and upon reboot, something cool happens. Didn't they do that for MGS or something?

Actually thinking about it somemore it does make sense. Sony and Capcom have to promote Street Fighter X Tekken for the Vita, so in order to do that they give us Heihachi, and Sagat.
What association does Big Daddy have with playstation other than he was a character in a game on playstation that was originally an Xbox Exclusive?
I'm not arguing that Characters like Cloud, or Snake, or Lara are not more iconic than the characters I listed. My point was that if Sony can not get the third party characters who are iconic to Playstation (Cloud, Snake, Lara, Crash, Spyro)they should not settle for characters from these third parties who have no, or worse recognition just to say "hey we could not get Cloud, so you can settle for Lighting...", or "Hey we know you like Devil May Cry, so we added the Dante that no one seems to like!" Those characters slots should be given to Sony characters if they can't get the more iconic third parties.
I want third parties in the game, I just want the characters that people care about, not whatever scraps third parties were easier to convince to give.

Actually with that said a Street Fighter character does make sense.
Though I'd be a little sadden by the addition unless it was Juri (We'd have another female in the game not to mention IMO she's the best character to be added in the franchise)
As for Bioshock
His association is that Sony is trying to make Bioshock feel more like a "playstation" thing. You have the first game released with everything intact. The supposedly in development Vita game. Bioshock Infinite on PS3 comes with Bioshock 1, and also a supposed move peripheral will ship with the game. So a inclusion in Sony's All Star Brawler makes sense.
Someone up high loves them some Bioshock at Playstation HQ.

Prior to this weekend, I knew almost 12″ and now Ive learned of the final several that remain. If you put two and two together, youll be able to know for yourself, that the game has more than a dozen stages. And though I wont reveal a new stage since I already did so with a character, Ill share with you another one of my hints that never got put up

None. That's why big question marks were raised when he was included.
Your original point which I disputed was that "most people" would know that cast of obscure characters, not your overarching point that better third party characters should have been included.
But on further inspection you seem to be saying that none of these third parties should have been included and instead it's better to include characters no one even knows than for example Lightning. Which is silly, imo.
Raiden is a better inclusion than the more obscure characters in your list. Lightning is too.
Even Big Daddy. Because even though he raises question marks with regard to his association with PlayStation, at least he doesn't beg the question "Who the hell is that?"

Absolutely. Sony shouldn't settle for scraps like Lightning or Raiden. Either get the icons that the majority are screaming out for, or bust.

Fucking Dino, man. Thanks a lot Capcom. In spite of that spot of nasty business, this game has caught my interest big time. I love Super Smash Bros. and I'm so totally on board for a Playstation party brawler in that tradition. The stages look great. For the most part the character roster revealed thus far is amazing.
Nothing to do with the game, its a book he wrote.
