GTA IV at least it works on Windows 10. You can't say the same for Bully. It kinda works but it is mostly based on luck. GTA IV worked ok last time I played it but it depends on your configuration. At least it can work better on PC than on consoles.

My friend played it recently and he had no issues. But hey remember that you are able now to test the game and refund it on steam. Just don't play over 2h and be within 15 days of purchase.

WTF, i unlocked only 3 out of like 40 or 50 alien abilities in Prey, but all turrets suddenly turned against me. What's the point then, i thought that High level of alien material is really high, not just 3 minor non-battle abilities.

It's the 30th MG anniversary and they are doing absolutely nothing. They have a new MG planned, Survive, and they didn't release a single trailer for it.

The Castlevania show raised interest toward the IP again, but guess what? If you want to play a Castlevania game today, you can only play SOTF (one of the best entry for this franchise, honestly) and the cooperative game on PS3...because Lords of Shadow games are non-canon and plus they are not representative of what Castlevania is.

Bah, at least make a collection with 8 and 16 bit games like Capcom is doing for Megaman, it would cost nothing and it would bring profit.

You have to make a choice, alien powers or friendly turrets. There's a bar in the status screen that shows how close you are to being considered an enemy for the turrets.

Bar in status screen? Maybe i missed tip but i didn't know about it. And it's not possible to reset your skills, right?

Because i installed that 3rd alien skill to control turrets, Technopath was getting on my nerves and i tried to level the playing field. I'm on hard difficulty and this game can be sometimes very challenging. And it's little annoying that now i created even more difficulty because nobody warned me that bar is so low.

The current heads of Konami just have 0 interest in expanding their IP or games, or even make their back catalog more accessible. The fact that you hadn't realized this up til now is odd, because they've shown hints of this for years now.

FYI you CAN play Symphony of the Night on an emulator if you download the PSP or PSOne ver. off PSN. Just dl the game or copy it onto your HDD and then you can use an emulator to play it.

I doubt we'll see a remaster but I'm pretty sure Sega must at least be looking into a re-release with maybe some up scaling and hopefully control fixes to make sure of dual analogue sticks. Probably dependent on licensing and finding the source-code and people with the knowledge of porting it reasonably well.

I wrote some stuff about it last time zkylon asked in the sales thread:

It's an anime as fuck monster hunting game with a strong focus on an anime as fuck storyline with anime as fuck AI companions (the AI is great).
Also featuring anime as fuck weapons that can transform between melee, gun and shield form and literally eat enemies.
It's set in an anime as fuck post-apocalyptic setting with anime as fuck creatures.
Great music too.

I forgot to mention that there's a super extensive bullet customization system that lets you create all kinds of crazy shit if you figure it out. (I never did beyond the basics, but it's optional : P)

It's not really that grindy actually, drop rates are pretty generous. I found it gets really repetitive if you try to do all the missions, but it's fine if you mostly focus on the story missions and only do the side-missions that look interesting.

It's much easier than Monster Hunter in general, and combat is more arcade-y/less deliberate. Also note that it comes with God Eater Resurrection.
Personally I have a little over 200 hours in both games combined, and still have some post-game stuff left to do in God Eater 2.

Had a hard time casting spells in Castlevania SOTN (on PS1 emulator) with my x360 controller. That goddamn shitty D-pad. Ordered Buffalo's USB SNES emulator. Should have gone with Xbox One controller instead. Oh well. Went with Buffalo's cuz it's cheaper and it's apparently the best for 2d games. Been playing SNES/PS1 games on my PC lately.

I just found out that Cuphead only has local co-op and I am really disappointed. I can understand that adding online infrastructure is not cheap or that easy but in 2017 local only co-op shouldn't be a thing in my opinion. It doesn't help game at all.

Maybe it was a decision to reduce complaints due to potential lag. Didn't they say the game was fairly difficult (not quite Meatboy, etc but not easy either).

Battleblock Theater has online coop. It's not something you need to make excuses for beyond, "we're a small team and our resources are finite."

Co-op should be offline and online where possible, but offline coop is never a bad thing, esp as i like to game on ps4 and pc with friends visiting

I played Furi from a family-shared account. I beat the second boss, which I know probably isn't good enough to judge the game, but it feels like I'm playing a worse Ys Origin boss rush. I don't know how to describe it, it just feels like the bosses so far are kind of boring and are going through the motions (compared to something like Ys where all of the bosses are really unique and require vastly different applications of your skills to beat).

Can anyone tell me if the bosses get better?
