Looking at Bandai/Namco's tumblr, this still sounds to me like it may be the actual PSP game, and not just the Infinity Moment part of Hollow Fragment.
I'm not sure why else they would refer to it as a "Digital Bundle"

Do you guys really think they'd make a qHD version of a PSP game and remove the retread portions of the Vita game for a western DD-only release? Unless Bandai Namco says otherwise, I think they're just referring to the second game.

Hmm.
Now Bandai Namco, have changed their tumblr entry and removed reference to the 'digital bundle'.
That tells me that earlier posts about this being just Hollow Fragment are likely correct.
