Why has Microsoft got such a tiny booth?
Rösti;231052868 said:Microsoft's main booth last year (4100) was 27329,23 sq ft. Microsoft's booth this year, 1601, is 15000 sq ft. So the booth this year is around 55% of that which they had last year. Even less if you cound the extra smaller booth, 4000, they had; that was 600 sq ft.
Where are these rumora coming from?Rumoured offsite fan event, no e3 pass needed, the other is ubisoft and other 3rd parties will be showing their games on scorpio
At some point this year, not sure if it will be E3 or TGS but Capcom will unveil what Itsuno has been working on.Capcom has a pretty big booth. What do they have announced for this year other than MvC:I and RE7's DLCs?
I hope they don't waste their time with a car on stage for Forza 7. Should walk out with an umbrella.
I would imagine Sony needs a lot of the space for PSVR booths and Nintendo needs the space for Motion control games with the switch. Why has Microsoft got such a tiny booth?
Well MS's press conference is Sunday. They could be doing other hands on events outside of E3 this year.
Hopefully it'll be that game and it'll be good.At some point this year, not sure if it will be E3 or TGS but Capcom will unveil what Itsuno has been working on.
Could Microsoft have a booth somewhere else like ea? Seems much smaller than last year and I'm sure they would want more space to show off Scorpio compatible games?
SFV DLC for one (I think Capcom said that they have some 30th Anniversary thing planned), plus possibly whatever Itsuno's current project is.Capcom has a pretty big booth. What do they have announced for this year other than MvC:I and RE7's DLCs?
Microsoft back to the aircraft hanger 360 launch style?
Ah, I completely forgot about SFV. If we take that into account then playable MvC:I, SFV and RE7's DLCs will probably cover most if not all of that booth.SFV DLC for one (I think Capcom said that they have some 30th Anniversary thing planned), plus possibly whatever Itsuno's current project is.
Between Switch and Scorpio, this should be one hell of an E3. If we get Halo 6 and Metroid it might be one of my favorite expos ever.
Halo 6 seems like a safe bet. That's probably Microsoft's smoothest path to Scorpio excitement from fans.
Probably completely wrong here, but has Nintendo nicked Microsoft's usual placement for themselves this year? I remember it's usually Sony and Microsoft with their main booths facing each other, but that doesn't seem to be the case this time.
Edit - Yeah, I am completely wrong!
They just need to keep doing what they did last year - fast pace with games and no bloat. They'll have the content.
CGI trailer probably. Then announcement of a smaller Halo title for next Fall.
Edit: Maybe Halo 5 campaign DLC and Halo Wars DLC? With Halo Wars 2 only just coming out now I can't really see a new Halo announcement aside from a teaser for 6.
Halo 3 Anniversary is probably a lock.
I think Sucker Punch new IP, From Software (exclusive?) announcement, and possibly one more big title will be the front of the show. Aside from that, just updates on stuff we know about like Days Gone, God of War and Spider-Man.Yeah, I'm expecting another packed show from them.

Should be another great show.
Crazy to think they had such a good show at PSX just a few months ago and yet little of that content will be shown at E3 this year.
Agreed. Size isn't everything, you guys.
Nintendo has two big ones but less girth each.
Halo 3 Anniversary is probably a lock.

Definitely not. Phil said there is no Halo FPS this year.

Keeping expectations in check.
Sony should be starting to taper off on PS4 game announcements now right if PS5 is coming in 2019/2020?
I forget how this works in previous years.
2018 and 2019 already appear packed as it is right now.
That Naughty America booth getting mighty close to the big N.
Hang on do they do games? :O
lmao. i find it funny they are there at allI find it funny Naughty America is there let alone near Nintendo. Lol.
A bit puzzled at the MS booth. You figure with the Scorpio blowout that's bound to happen that they'd have a big booth front and center. I wonder if they're planning to host something off site this year? Only reason I can really think of.
Id like to see any news related to RE2 Remake, but I'm not getting my hopes up. :\
I imagine they're probably going to show RE2 Remake now that RE7 is out
Edit: Warner Bros. is primed for a strong E3 in my opinion. Shadow of War, Injustice DLC, perhaps the Damian Batman game and we're getting about due to see the next proper Lego release.
