By the way, is it possible to beat Fire Man without getting hit? The other bosses all have their typical patterns that are easily cracked, but Fire Man seems to shoot fire blasts like he's on crack. Maybe you need the magnet beam?
yeah, just jump and shoot (B+A) him right near the entrance. the faqs mention it I believe, I haven't checked myself in years tho, but still works for me.
Fireman is a bit cheap i guess.
I went through Megaman1 tonight again and damn... i'm not good enough. A still did use one "continue". It's because of some totally unforgiving tight jumps....
(i remember when i was young it was the going through the stages that was hard!! Now it's easy but damn the pit falls...)
