Tony and Pym would be dealing with the guilt over creating Ultron then?

That would be an interesting dynamic.

Also very unexpected use of the "twins". So they'll be against the Avengers for awhile it seems, not surprising on it's own, but their infighting makes more sense now. I'm sure that relates back to the scepter influence in some way.

Wild speculation here, but does anyone think Vision may be an upgraded Jarvis? Maybe that's just the connection I'm making since they're both Paul Bettany.

Edit: Nevermind, I guess Visions backstory may indeed be different for this.
