Looks like a new shading technique is being used in this teaser, along with a more dynamic 'camera'. Reminds me of that time when DB Super's art suddenly upgraded during the tournament of power:

I'm hoping both will be used for the full season.

It's pretty good, though there are definitely some lows in there. It does pick up a bit in the 3rd season but if you've never read the comics to know whats coming, it feels like it drags out Mark's hero's journey a loooooooot.
