Wan 2.2 convinced me the biggest market potential for AI is gooner slop, but it also confirmed the tech is completely innefiecient. 200GB of VRAM for worst results than basically any colored porn is actually crazy.

Yeah, I get it. But that's an AI, not a real person. As long as an AI doesn't actively engage with you on its own (like in say the movie Her) I don't see the point. And we're still a bit off from that. Once we're there we're screwed though.

Yes, anyone interested can try out ComfyUI, it will also run on OK GPUs but take a bit more time. The problem is it's only 5s of video, and getting something good takes a lot of tinkering with ComfyUI, not worth it IMO.

The problem with AI is that it's pretty damn good, and can be a more intelligent companion than many "real" people. It also glazes the hell out of you.
You think about how many abusive, narcissistic and self obsessed people are out there, and many people will be tempted to buy the idea that an AI companion who truly "loves" you is a good option, rather than take the risk of engaging with "real" strangers.

These AIs are specifically designed to be sycophantic. It's all attempts to get users to pay for more tokens or to get more of their data.

The majority of people using GPT as a sexual partner are women, which are more inclined to this kind of thing. Men are attracted to AI generated porn more, I doubt there's that many men who are actually in a relationship with Grok Ani.

With the whole Master Card and Visa blocking +18 content it would be interested to see if this would last considering GPT can literally generate the weirdest kinks possible.

But these people chat logs will be certainly extremely compromiseable, a lot of porn sites opted to shutdown in the UK so users wouldn't send them IDs. That's how bad it is.

You're not wrong but just like with any new tech once you get over the initial learning curve its not that bad. And with Comfy once it's set up, it's good to go for as long as you want (until shit gets updated anyways). Like, once you figure out a prompt that gives you what you want you can generate variations forever, swap out people/characters, etc. Its pretty insane.

Besides, this is still the early days. It will get better and easier to do. Imagine when we get to the point where you dont even need to type, just say what you want, perhaps a checklist of options, and away it goes creating your ideal scenario while you cook dinner.
