This one looks good IMO.

Almost, look at the suit of the character on the first image, it looks like he's a construction site traffic controller or something.

There is definitely potential in some use cases... But we don't even have semi decent RT on mainstream hardware, so when will this be viable at an Ok resolution and frame rate (120fps isn't mind blowing these days).

People should keep in mind that this is an early demo, with prompt controls and examples supplied to the AI network it could probably do what RT can't hope to achieve at a faster pace + it can be used to enhance anything really, I can see a tool akin to OptiScaler to be used to do that kind of thing... but again, the performance won't be there for at least 30 years.
