Fixed for you. They still have 30 million users out there trained to not buy games. It not dead PS fanboy.
Nah, clearly Shift Up is the problem for not wanting to put it on Gamepass or price it less than $60 on Xbox cause it's an "Old Game" even though it's also $60 on Steam.I honestly can't not see how easy can be to understand. Porting to a plataform with very low fanbase and a fanbase that prefers to ask if its on gamepass over buying and supporting the titles should be already a huge red flag.
Developers are telling a different story. They have constantly complained about a lack of RAM for XSS.It's more like 8.5GB vs 9GB, and Stellar Blade isn't heavy on RAM usage.
People also tell me Im the problem because there are certain things I wont do unless I get paid for it.Nah, clearly Shift Up is the problem for not wanting to put it on Gamepass or price it less than $60 on Xbox cause it's an "Old Game" even though it's also $60 on Steam.

So say a publisher sees those kinda numbers, how much encouragement do you think that gives them to support certain platforms?
To be fair they usually are the victims. They've also got the worst case of Stockhom syndrome I have ever seen.Sony making a deal with Shift Up for Stellar Blade is old news. I am not sure that it matters anymore with a Nintendo port. Obviously Sony is not preventing Shift Up from releasing it on other platforms now. XBOX is coming off of a decent show over the weekend and this is where Jez decides to go? XBOX fans love to be the victim.
People also tell me Im the problem because there are certain things I wont do unless I get paid for it.
More like $24.5 Million.500k is still $35,000,000
And if it doesn't would that stop the conspiracy theories or would people suggest a new deal?Let's see if the sequel is announced for Xbox series consoles, if it is. We have our answer.
Everybody who spends money on exclusivity believes in the project.Because Sony under Yoshida believe in there project thats why Sony supported it.
It feels a bit like de ja vu in some ways. But we're back to a universe of games exclusively skipping Xbox.
This past week, fantastic action game Stellar Blade shed its PlayStation console exclusivity by announcing a Nintendo Switch 2 version, following the reveal of its sequel, Stellar Blade 2.
Stellar Blade was initially a PS5 exclusive before joining Windows PC last year to huge fanfare. Stellar Blade on PC rocked up with tens of thousands of concurrent players, proving beyond any doubt that Stellar Blade has huge franchise potential.
Developer Shift Up began signaling for some time that it wants to find Stellar Blade a bigger audience across more platforms. Many Xbox fans were hopeful that this would, of course, include Xbox. Unfortunately, for now, it seems it doesn't.
Fans of games like Nier Automata and Devil May Cry will be readily familiar with Stellar Blade and its gameplay. You play as Eve in the first game, tasked with reclaiming a destroyed Earth from a mysterious and monstrous threat.
These types of experiences tend to do well on Xbox, given its audience's mature-skewing preferences. But for whatever reason Shift Up seems to have decided to skip Xbox for now. Xbox fans are rallying quite hard across Shift Up's social media presences as a result.
I'm trying to find out details on whether or not Stellar Blade (or indeed, Stellar Blade 2 "Blood Rain") will hit Xbox. It's usually quite tough to find out exactly what's going on with ports, as they're subject to strict NDAs and contractual discussions at a higher level.
I don't see any particular downside for either Microsoft or Shift Up with regards to porting Stellar Blade. It could be that Shift Up is looking for Xbox Game Pass guarantees to offset risk on the port, and I would argue Xbox should absolutely oblige if that's the case. Stellar Blade would do incredibly well on Xbox Game Pass, and games like that typically come with Xbox Play Anywhere support on top. Stellar Blade is also a game that would perform well on Xbox Cloud Gaming, and Windows PC handhelds like the Xbox Ally X.
It could be that PlayStation has a specific deal in place to prevent an earlier Xbox port. PlayStation sees Xbox as its primary competition, and it was years before we saw games like Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Death Stranding hit Xbox.
It could also be a simple case of Shift Up being a comparatively smaller, and newer team. Back-porting games designed for 16GB RAM to the 8GB RAM Xbox Series S has been a challenge for some teams, not just technologically, but perhaps more importantly, financially. Microsoft presently requires developers to build S versions of their games, despite its smaller install base. Microsoft could (and should) step in to support studios struggling here, but it's unclear if Microsoft has any sort of relationship with Shift Up right now.
Either way, if Xbox fans make enough noise about it, I'm sure it'll happen down the line. Whether that's via an Xbox Game Pass deal or otherwise remains to be seen, but I would argue it's really on Microsoft to sort this one out.
Precisely. Sony have been doing this regularly for 30 years.
I played stellar blade demo on ps5 for about 20 minutes. I don't see the hype other than the arse.
And the best is yet to come !You're correct, Sony has been getting far better games for their customers regularly for 30 years.
They aren't losing anything, really. Stellar Blade is poorly designed and bugged.

It's just the arse. Stellar Blade is designed like an open-world AAAA game.I played stellar blade demo on ps5 for about 20 minutes. I don't see the hype other than the arse.
And if it doesn't would that stop the conspiracy theories or would people suggest a new deal?
The biggest market for Stellar blade is asia, and the Series S exists, as if they needed more reasons not to do the port. If they wanted a lean version on a lower install base they'd sooner port to PS4 than Xbox Series S|X, unless MS decides to foot the bill.
Dead or Alive 3 & 4Of games that were previously multiplaform ?
Shift up are self publishing the sequel and so if it is announced for all platforms at once and Xbox isnt there, we have our answer.
Sony moneyhatted it. Now what? Are they bad and anti consumer? Is that what you're really trying to say? Just fucking say it then instead of saying the same thing 19 times about "we'll have our answer". Even if the answer was something else, you wouldn't believe it.
The hilarity of putting this in the article prompted by the announcement of a Switch portIt could also be a simple case of Shift Up being a comparatively smaller, and newer team. Atlus and Sega make the dumbest fucking business decisions, what else is newStellar Blade exclusively skipping Xbox makes more sense than Atlus releasing Persona 4 and 6 on everything except the console that is very popular in Japan.(and elsewhere of course)
So according to you if Stellar Blade 2 comes to Xbox Series S/X then Sony have an exclusivity deal for SB1 and if SB2 doesn't come then Sony have an exclusivity deal for SB1 and 2?Shift up are self publishing the sequel and so if it is announced for all platforms at once and Xbox isnt there, we have our answer.
So according to you if Stellar Blade 2 comes to Xbox Series S/X then Sony have an exclusivity deal for SB1 and if SB2 doesn't come then Sony have an exclusivity deal for SB1 and 2?
Or are you saying if it does come then SB1 doesn't have an exclusivity deal and they're skipping it on their own?
At this point, I think bro is just huffing the copium and enjoys the attention.
I thought I was being clear, if Stellar Blade 2 comes to Xbox when shift up are publishing it. It's a sign there could be, or probably is something stopping the first game launching on Xbox in Sonys publishing agreement.
If Stellar Blade 2 doesn't come to Xbox but comes to everything else it's a clear sign shift up think the platform isn't worth it.
I thought that was the obvious way of taking what I was saying?
You got double crow to eat, man.
You're in this thread shooting down any possibility that Sony have done a dirty here. Defending them like fuck and you are completely wrong. Like so wrong.
There has been a deal, sony are dirty as fuck and we have clear evidence of silent back door deals going down from them.
Fuck them. I'm not buying a pro now. They should have been honest and owned this shit.
Fuck all the stans defending them too. Like you.

Depends how green the stuff was they took that day.I thought everything is an Xbox...so...
Are we seriously listing Bomberman Act Zero and Culdcept ? Most of your list aren't paid exclusives bro. SEGA put exclusive games on its own on every other console after the Dreamcast was discontinued. This is utterly ridiculous.Dead or Alive 3 & 4
Ridge Racer
Ninja Gaiden *Previously a Nintendo Game
Sega games (*when dreamcast died)
Ace Combat 6
Splinter Cell Conviction
Tales of Vesperia
Dino Crisis 3
Bomberman: Act Zero

You seriously think they made them exclusive out of good willMost of your list aren't paid exclusives bro. SEGA put exclusive games on its own on every other console after the Dreamcast was discontinued. This is utterly ridiculous.
It is yet another case of a game being multiplatform and then being privatized by Sony, whatever the reason.
Should we start counting every PS exclusive game as a paid exclusive then ?You seriously think they made them exclusive out of good will
Please, you're circling back to the beginning, which was « Sony is doing paid exclusives for years »Should we start counting every PS exclusive game as a paid exclusive then ?
Actually I was simply trying to understand the logic of the person I was answering to.Please, you're circling back to the beginning, which was « Sony is doing paid exclusives for years »
