How do you guys get out of depression? My mum getting sick and me losing a really good job out of a mistake. How do you guys think I'll get in peace out of all this. What are your methods? Is praying to god will help? Or something else?

When you know someone more powerful, loves you forever out there, it's comforting to know that everything bad happening isn't as bad as it is, as long as you follow Christ, knowing that through thick and thin, he's there and good will always triumph the bad

I understand what it's like to lose a parent. I can't imagine losing my Mom suddenly, for she's all I have. A mother gives her child the love they need and the strength to continue moving forward.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah we do adapt. I have done it when my dad died a decade ago. My mum was my strength but as she is losing her health. I am just heart broken.
