So I was walking by my chemist today when I noticed some kid in there was wearing like some kind of Pikachu getup complete with pointy eared hood, it was pretty weird.

Okay so im trying to iv breed a dw nidoking and the process is a clustwrfuck in my brain. Can someone spell this out for me? You cant use ditto for dw ability breeding right?

So I need 2 female dw nidorans with 31 ivs in spe and spa, right? How do I go about this wtf

You are trying to breed two females? Are you familiar with how this works?

obviously id be breeding with nidoran male. I believe I have to have a nidoran f with 31 ivs in spe and one with that in spa in order to pass them onto the kid though?

it doesnt help that this is my first time iv breeding. Ugh. My head.

Thing to note about the PokePark games is that the first game is Generation IV themed and PokePark2 is Generation V themed. I'll have to check out the first game after I beat PokePark2.

Stealth Rock is like a vindictive hooker: it'll do a service for you when you need it to but is also prone to punching you in the nads and stealing your wallet.

Stone Edge is a much safer and more awesome choice ;P

Charizard was a beast in Gen I. I was OHKO all comers with Slash, not even STAB!

True story, I actually went to a Pokemon Regional before (2012), and I caught my opponent off guard with Charizard and one shotted their Thundurus. It caused me to win the match.

I didn't care much for the first two, but I do in fact like Samurott a lot.

Samurott honestly looks a mess to me. The giant moustache isn't cool, he has shells randomly attached to his body and the helmet looks stupid. His body shape looks...awkward as well.

The hidden swords are admittedly cool though.

What's so random about them? Right off the bat we know he will have shells because Oshawott has them. They are used as weapons, as seen in Samurott. The mustache mimics the samurai helmet, as well as the shell on his head.

Take a look through your collection for a pokemon that's in the nido egg group/Ditto that has either max sp.atk/speed. If you don't have one I'll take a look through mine and I should have something lying around that I can trade.

This is how I'd do it:

-Get a poke in Nidoran's egg group(male)/Ditto with 31 in sp.atk and give it a power lens.
-Breed with female Nidoran until you hatch a male Nidoran with 31 in sp.atk.

-Give this new Nidoran the power lens.
-Breed with female Nidoran (with Dream World ability and desired nature and let it hold an Everstone) until you hatch a female with 31 in sp.atk, the right ability and nature.

-Give this new Nidoran the Everstone.
-Get a poke in Nidoran's egg group(male) (NOT Ditto, apparently it doesn't pass down Dream World ability) with 31 in speed and give it a power anklet.
-Breed with the new female Nidoran until you hatch a male with 31 sp.atk/speed/ability/nature.

You could do it slightly differently but I think this is the fastest method in most cases (hopefully I've not made an error :p). If you plan on breeding more pokes it might be worth looking for a Ditto with 31 IVs but I'm not sure how easy they are to find.

Ahhh. Yes. Using an intermediary mon to be able to pick the stats from one of my dittos is definitely the way to go. Im going to PA for the weekend but when I get back, can we trade if I need to? Youre the best, thanks for the help.

I'd say Samurott is a pretty good starter unlike Emboar and Serperior because it can learn multiple type moves, has good offenses, and isn't limited to shit like Ember/Fire Blast/Flamethrower
