Well yeah, because every day that passes is one more day that people buy it and get disappointed.
Again with this weird having your cake and eating it too, what exactly are these people getting disappointed by? The steam and gog pages and the ps4 box are explicit that its a single player game. So to be expecting more than that they'd need to be a bit more informed, so what you're suggesting is that there is this huge swathe of people who are informed enough to be expecting a limited form of multiplayer yet not so well informed that they know about, the apparently huge, controversy that is the (most likely) lack of multiplayer?
I really think this game would have not been so criticized if it was $30. With the lack of MP, on top of the other features they failed to deliver on, it just doesn't have a $60 value for me and many others I'd guess.
Totally agree, the fact I cant spend literal real world years flying between systems totally killed its replay value for me, going to be a future bundle sale if ever now.
Man all that talk about reinventing periodic tables and how their game has 'real physics' where every other game games it....why didn't someone shut this guy up a long, long time ago. That shit isn't just shades of Peter molyenux, it's orders of magnitudes worse than the dumbest things molyenux has ever promised in one of his games. We tried to tell you guys this game couldn't possibly live up to this kind of hype. Going back through the old threads would be so entertaining now that all has been laid bare. I'm among those of you still enjoying the game but anybody even attempting to defend this gibberish needs to go see a doctor.
Flat out bullshit, if you honestly believe this then you have no idea the crazy shit Molyneux has promised over the years, I mean he talked so much bullshit about BC they had to cancel it (not the actual reason, but lord did he spew some shite about it that could never have been true).
