So these dumb motherfuckers at EA fix a sponsored Twitch event where "most kills count", only none of these retards realize that 2042 doesn't have a scoreboard to keep track of trivial stuff like, you know... who has most kills because no one in a million years would ever expect such a feature to NOT be included in a multiplayer only shooter.
God rest the soul of whichever fucking moron is in charge of this Battlefield mess.
lmfao!
BF 2042's PR has done a better job imho then past BF games (but I think that also has to do with how big social media is now)
BF4 unplayable...EA's like "ok bro, but here is some maps in DLC for you to pay for" .....for a game you can't currently get in a server on.
BF1 imho had no major issues outside of dumbasses being triggered over a cover
BFV holy fucking shit where do we begin with that trainwreck, I personally don't buy my games based on what anyone states personally in regards to views or anything, but clearly one has to factor that you can design something someone disagrees with, without attacking them.
After CP2077, I recall lots of us telling that team to seriously STFU, they gave us a road map, then delayed that, then told us a patch coming the next year and a road map for that and Witcher 3 remaster, ohhhhhhh so this road map, of the road map, of they delay of a fucking patch, we should believe is coming this time, when the actual game was delayed several times, came out broken and we where told it would come when it was "ready"? This is where imho, a road map can fuck you up big time.
If you don't know when its ready, just say nothing. Its almost as if they made up a date and forced the team to stick with it and as they saw it wasn't working, would just delay, yet still make another unrealistic date. I can agree with most in saying people make mistakes, but so many delays, a delay of a fucking patch, road map of a road map? Something isn't being communicated correctly to that team and the publisher is trying to pull dates out of their ass and how they rush it to get to the date they stated, vs the date its actually likely ready for real.
That being said, I wish to avoid that with 2042 and I'm fine with 99% of what their PR put out. Talk to us about those updates when they are fucking read, talk to us about a mode a few weeks out.
I can't ask for a road map day 1, on a fucking game that launched like shit, design right out of sesame street and act like the should have all this DLC ready. What DLC? You mean the fucking shit the last designer planned? nnahhhhh Let Zampella look over the feedback and make a better plan, design and get back to us on that DLC and Road Map when its in development, near release to avoid over promising.
but this PR fucking up is not only avoidable, that shit is irrelevant and should have never been done THIS MONTH, dear god, the scoreboard is coming NEXT MONTH, why would anyone do such a thing on Twitch to only highlight a feature missing to even count the kills? They could have had a real win with some event next month, showing that the score board is back and showing how it counts those new add ons like the whole revive thing. They can do a event like "most kills" or "most revives" and show all that is counted or something.
So this is a massive fail because it doesn't make sense in light of a scoreboard literally coming next month. It simply magnifies a feature is currently missing. This is where the whole "STFU" thing comes in where its best to say nothing until you have some news or something lol This would be like if CP2077 had a Twitch event called "see how long you can survive a car chase by the cops"
Maybe EA and CDPR need to look at how Bethesda rolled out Fallout 4 and just stfu until that shit is a year out in terms of actually complete. (maybe Bethesda needs to look back at that too btw lol)
