An Ideal state is welfare state. Whatever form of government it may be having. Killing Ceaser didn't not led to welfare of Rome is it. It's an end result of policy that describes it's merit. This act was done in imagination of end result the vision of which was flawed to begin with. If he had not done it there would have been two outcomes

If It led to prosperity of people than there was no problem in him remaining a king if not than Brutus should have devised plan. Completely stupid act....pretty much like most terrorist activities of today. Doesn't address the main thing but everything else. Prejuices are important but acting on fears based on Prejudice to the end of Planned Assisnation well that was just Dumb as fuck.
