He's not. He's currently C-tier on smashboards compared to S-tier Cloud. Nairo is just great and I guess the match up is favorable

Smash 4 at this point is surprisingly balanced in terms of character diversity. Sometimes see the strangest characters being pulled out and holding their own against top tiers.
