The former. And no, it is not good. It was kinda cool in the late 90s early 00s to see what were cool cars at the time going at it, but add 10 years and its aged horribly.

Marginally more coherent than the last incarnation, but still pretty disjointed and too short to do much beyond show off the creative art direction - though the web broadcast doesn't really do that justice anyway. It felt like an extended teaser trailer, with the way it briefly showed the various factions(?) at the end. I'll watch the next episode when it comes out; if it's not longer and more fleshed out I probably won't continue past that.

From the New World has its first airing in Japan in a little under 15 hours.
No, it looks fairly similar to last year's Lupin special. It's back to business as usual for the franchise.

As the anime that was a grab bag pick for me two seasons ago, I think this final episode was actually really good. I liked how they closed the season out (ignoring the awkward plot this episode, which I wont mention). Playing Unlucky Girl full version (season 1 ending theme) was really nice because that song grew on me and is quite catchy and then this seasons ending theme too. Music was consistently one of the animes high point, as the first OP "Me wo Tojite Guyusshiyo" is awesome and catchy, and then this ones "Back into my World" was also good (love the way she says World). The background ost is solid, I think there was never a dull track and it kept the often dull episodes interestings.
Unfortunately this is a not good anime, too much inconsistency in quality. Bad episodes were really bad and decent episodes were decent, like no middle ground. Anyway of the 26, I did find these watchable and pretty decent.

Episode 10: Shinku/Jun school stuff
Episode 11: Casino/Hisuhide
Episode 12: Saturday Night Rider

Episode 24: Ieaysu/Kaoru
So I guess less than half. Character designs were really lacking, only Kaoru, Fassad, had good character designs while the rest needed massive improvements. 3/10.

Madoka-in-Yurikano drifting off into space in the escape pod only to be IMMEDIATELY rescued by Vox Aura even though it was established minutes earlier that Aura was rejecting her due to her body and consciousness being mismatched.
Madoka-in-Yurikano tearfully bidding Earth goodbye in the escape pod as it vanishes and subsequently flying right back in an explosion of genki exuberance

I feel like Litchi DE Hikari Club is one of the big wildcards for me this season. No director or staff mentioned, studio has done very little and nothing I have heard of, however the premise sounds very interesting and I really like what I have seen of the art in the manga.

I have just enough good will toward what the show used to be to see this through to the end. Everything's pretty dumb now, but still well within my personal limits of watchability.
Yeah, she does have that affect when you've listened to too much typecasted Kugimiya. Blew my mind when I found out she was Alphonse, much like my shock when I found out Omigawa was Nazuna.
