Although this is a much bigger deal to them than it is to us, so I suppose I understand them taking their time.

They are announcing the User Choice Award winners. Fifteen games all won the same one award. They spent 20 minutes as one representative for each game dolly walked up onto the stage one at a time. Now, each one is being handed the award one at a time by PS Japan president like they are graduating college.
