I DO NOT want to make fun of the mods, but the TOS are a bit nebulous about this and the occasional fix of scantily clad women won't hurt anyone, I would assume.
A little clarification on this would be appreciated not only by this humble admirer of this thread (and the GF thread!), but also by the other active posters in here and would make your work easier, too.
Please take this as the real meant question as I wanted to express it.
Edit: I posted this because it would be a crying shame if this thread was locked just because of a misinterpretation of the TOS by a single poster.
No visible genitals, female nipples, or an emphasis / overabundance of cleavage. This includes really tight or transparent clothing. Also, no bared buttocks, no thongs, etc. Undies and bikinis are at the female's own discretion and depend on the nature of the picture -- you'll notice there have been some bikini shots in this thread, but the main point of the pictures haven't been cleavage. And these weren't followed by shots of someone trying to "outdo" them, either.
Trust me, this thread won't get locked because of one person. I and some others will do our best to keep this thing nicely moderated. However, if it comes down to the point where we have to debate heavily moderating / editing the past few pages versus just locking the thing, well, that's what I'm trying to avoid with this warning.
