demon and Boogie don't have problems, other than a lack of confidence (when it comes to dating) and no instincts for closing the deal. Both guys seem to be intelligent, interesting, and clearly attractive. It will all come together for them at some point -- I'm not worried about either of them turning into pet parents or anything like that.

For what it's worth, I squandered my younger days not knowing what the hell to do, either. When I look back on my senior photo from high school, I kick myself for wasting so much time dorking around and not taking advantage of the fact that I was HOT. (Seriously.) I still had some fun times in my early 20s, but I'm over the hill now.

I appreciate your faith in me, jinx, I just hope I figure this sh*t out soon. I mean, I'm only one year away from saying bye-bye to college, myself.

I don't have a digital copy of my senior photo, and I'm in a hurry to get to sleep, but here is a random, poor quality picture I found of me when I was at UCLA. Judging from my build in the photo, this was in my "leaned out for basketball" phase rather than my "lifting weights six days a week" phase. (Also, my "still buying XL jerseys even though it was a size too big" phase.)

Of course, now that I've posted this, you can see exactly how busted my grill is now. I'll have to see if I can find a better pic of the old me when I have more time.

A few years ago a couple girls in my class would tell me "oh, if only your chest wasn't hairy..." (and wtf it's really not that hairy at all) which made me somewhat envious of guys who don't have hair on their chest.
Oh well.
Just be happy with your features, whatever they are; you'd be amazed how much people's tastes differ.

Exactly. I just feel like I didn't hit puberty all the way...but it takes maybe 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to gain a stubble anyway.

It does bother some girls, but you'll find a lot of them love hairless chests. So yeah, whether you have hair or not the thing is going to bother until you haven't gained some confidence, because you'll always find someone who prefers the opposite; for the exact same reason, it shouldn't bother you at all.
I had friends envy me because they couldn't grow a short beard, i envied them because they didn't have to take care of it and because i thought their messy facial hair looked cool...
I know a lot of regularly hairy chested guys who sometimes consider shaving (eeek) or even waxing, this tells you really shouldn't be "envious". It's a matter of hair being always greener.
