I'm not sure if its the product ur using or u might be graying.. but theres a bit of a white glimmer/speckle in the hair.. it kinda looks like a bird crapped a bit on it-- otherwise fauxhawks r hot.

The structure gel I use is this is hazy-white color, so it sorta looks like semen before it dries. Guess I missed a little bit on the side.

I actually try to do the same thing to my hair sometimes-- but I find gel to be too constricting... I use a gel/wax hybrid... it gives the hair texture, keeps it pliable, and it gives it shine.

Give me your secret method, please.

There is no secret method. I'm only using machines at the gym (no free weights) that target chest, shoulders and back muscles. I do 2 to 3 sets of each (6 to 8 reps) and I let my muscles rest for 48 hours. I don't work out on the rest of my body, I don't do cardio either. I do however swim for about 10-15 minutes each time I go and I do a set or two of situps. I hit the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna afterwards. And occasionally do pushups and pullups at home when I feel like it, and go up and and down stairs every chance I get (don't use elevators for less than 4 floors).

I think eating habits have A LOT to do with it; I eat 3 meals a day, trying to maximize the protein and fiber contents and minimize carbs. Never eat for a few hours before sleep, and don't pig out. If I feel like a snack I'll have peanuts or fruit.
