No way this is true. Even with the way Rockstar ports (or in some cases, doesn't port than games sometimes) their games to PC, no way they will leave out PC money for GTA V.
The game didn't sell that well on consoles, and because of the issues with development they would have had to redo a large portion of the coding. So it makes sense that they decided to forgo a PC release, a market that is generally smaller than the console one.
It just shows you that Rockstar say so little in general that people are willing to believe a random website who has no firm information whatsoever in the desperate hope of hearing something/anything.
Rockstar have a history steeped in the PC, I seriously doubt they would just 'abandon' it now. Calm down

Pretty sure the plan would be to avoid PC sales cannibalising console sales again. A delay is inevitable but a cancellation is not going to happen. Take 2 want that money
