Even in NPD, at the same price PS4 will win, assuming both have comparable deals of course (Gift cards, bundled games).

The Xbox One S is an easier sell if than these two units if PS4 Slim does indeed launch without UHD/HDR support, which would be incredibly nonsensical and pretty OLD Sony. If you've managed to sit out this generation and those two are sitting on shelves right next to each other, at the same price, you go for the Xbox One Sit's better looking with a wider feature set.

Where does "stolen" narrative comes from?
ps4 slim jas usb 3.0? sorry the image posted was not loading for me.
Lol, this is just crazy talk.
A Slim PS4 will decimate any version of the Xbox One in sales. I can't even believe people are arguing otherwise. The type of person in the market for the cheaper revision of a console mid-generation doesn't give a shit about things like UHD/HDR support.

pretty safe bet that it doesn'tif it reads and or outputs UHD/4k; it should say so on the chassis somewhere right?

Does Richard live up North cause that was quick?
ahhh....the more you know. first time i plugged an external usb drive was yesterday to back mine up. sorry.PS4 has had USB 3.0 since launch.
PS4 and Xbox One are identical? explain how PS4 still outsold the Xbox when the Xbox was CHEAPERWhen it's the choice between two identical products, yes they do. These are discerning features. If you're in a store looking at two game consoles that cost the same and you ask the clerk what's the difference: "Well, this one is 4K/HDR compatible." The 4K boom is happening, not having 4K is a fucking mistake. Period.

Also: Multiplats with HDR support will look better on One S than a PS4 Slim.
