If those extra monitors still have chassis attached to them, they could be worth a little money, working or not. Really depends on the monitor model, but you'd probably get at least something for them. You should probably look into what those Capcom games sell for working before pheonixing them, especially if they have to be shipped internationally to do so. Ebay prices on arcade stuff tend to be inflated compared to "real world" sales on Craigslist and arcade forums, for what it's worth.
Also, it looks like there might be a couple New Astro City cabs mixed in there. They have a few more features and tend to be valued a bit higher. Don't know much about the Japanese arcade scene, but from what I understand, the cabs themselves tend to go for around a third to half of what they sell for in the west, mostly due to the much larger supply. Might be worth doing a bulk export sale to someone reputable who will handle all the logistics.
