It's an odd mixture of animated and live action. I trust that they will deliver on release though.

I feel like with that last season they were attempting to rival Mappa, but we will have to see if they will step it up in the cinematography area because that's the other key that's needed.

Live action is currently in production for Netflix.
I could imagine that they just used the scenes in this trailer for teasing.

I'm curious what they'll show in the movie. The big plot point (Island) was in Season 2 and the Manwa takes its time until the next big highlight.
