Is this a new Soul Sacrifice (Soul Sacrifice Delta - did I hear that right)? Or is it just localized for the other parts of Asia?

It's an expanded version of the original game (think "Ragnarok Odyssey Ace" vs. original "Ragnarok Odyssey" I guess) adding more spells, enemies and levels (plus story?), but it's not a regular sequel. It's been announced before.
