No. I'd say KI:U has more content, and I'm guessing games I haven't played do too.
Really?

So... is this the most content-rich game ever?
Serious question.
Example? I can't think of anything.
No. I can spend way more time on several Musou games.

Smash has.........There are a ton of chapters in the single player, there are a ton of weapons, the multiplayer modes, etc.
I also think Hyrule Warriors will have more content than this game will (not counting DLC). In HW there are 13 playable characters, and 19 different movesets spread amongst them, 133 challenges to complete, costumes to unlock, weapon tiers to unlock, etc. And all of that isn't even counting the DLC.
He had to leave for a little bit back to Seattle. It wasn't hard to surmise, but he didn't give details, and I didn't press. As both a developer and a voice actor myself, I have to respect NDA's.Did he hint at any of this going down at all? Not the announcements, just the fact he got called in to do a whole direct. Must be a hard secret to keep.

I haven't looked into Hyrule Warriors much so I can't comment on the comparison but do you think it's enough to fill a 30 min video?
Granted, there was a lot things that seemed repetitive and a bunch of stuff that I, personally, have ZERO interest in... but there was a lot of stuff!
Forgot the custom moveset for each character?51 characters, a lot of stages, 140 challenges that rely on other modes, an unspecified number of events, classic + all-star, 3 levels of target blast, special/crazy orders, a board game, multi-man smash, and home run contest.

Will there be online ala Mario Kart 8 where 2 local players can jump in online?

The Mario Kart developers need to take a long hard look at Smash Bros. Mario Kart needs a *lot* more content and modes.

what else?

You've been playing too much Hyrule Warriors.I was just listing off things that affect gameplay. I didn't list amiibos since they require a separate purchase.
Not sure how I managed to forget about tournament and custom moves though.
Mario Kart? There's just no game that gets close to this. Smash is a freak of nature, don't expect this kind of content from any game.

If stuff like my music gets a segment, then yeah, there's more than enough to fill a 30 minute video.
It is quite addicting. More addicting then Smash on the 3DS I'll have you know. Of course having a an actual playable Ganondorf is a plus. And Volga the best.
I feel overwhelmed by all the content that will be in this game...it's legitimately incredible.
But that's the question, does Hyrule Warriors have that as a feature? Some people are into that stuff. Me, not so much. Some do, though!
Well, I'm not saying it has to have as much content as Smash Bros, but come on, Mario Kart definitely needs a lot more modes/things to unlock and do. I like Mario Kart 8, but it feels so incredibly barebones.
I'd be pretty content with bringing back battle mode(arena maps at the very least) and mission mode ala the DS version.Well, I'm not saying it has to have as much content as Smash Bros, but come on, Mario Kart definitely needs a lot more modes/things to unlock and do. so there's nothing like the Subspace Emissary in the Wii U version?
I said it before earlier but it got lost in all the hype. The lack of true voice chat in this game is bullshit. So many online games have it consistently and don't suffer from any issues. Ridiculous for a 2014 game and easily the biggest disappointment of that trailer.
Also, dat trophy of Shulk's girlfriend Fiora:
