This is the type of shit that people dislike Xbox for. They intentionally manipulate their target audience by having people like Jez Corden act as a sensible voice

Manchester Studio was shut down the previous generation (February 2020).

And Japan Studio wasn't shut down, they only restructured, rebranded and separated their internal and external development teams again (they merged, separated or rebranded them multiple times since 1994), giving them new and bigger offices in the same building were they both were supposed to grow their manpower (the Japan Studio/Team Asobi boss later decided to don't grow at least for a while).

Since that 2021 restructuring (not closure) then they released Astro Bot, Death Stranding Director's Cut, Rise of the Ronin, Stellar Blade, Lost Soul Aside, Death Stranding 2 and soon Marvel Tokon and Convallaria.

Regarding id Software I think nobody (I'm talking about sane persons) said is going to be shut down.
