Kripp streams with 3Mbps upload, 25k viewers every day. 1080p. Twitch servers are shit anyway to handle high bitrate 1080p.
3Mbps and 4mbit is a huge difference

Ah, yeah apologies.
Looks pretty good for some reason!
Right on time for Titanfall. It's cool that it's not as restrictive as on PS4.

Forza is a good looking game...
So Titanfall is the true launch of the Xbone. Everything until now was just Beta
You have no clue what you are talking about. Mbps - Megabits per second, MB/s - megabytes per second. It's accepted way to express network speed. Kripp has 3Mbps upload, i.e. 300-350KB/s. Quality is better than 90% of HD YouTube videos out there. It comes down to the quality of content and personality and not quality of video. There are people streaming in 1440p and 60FPS with 50-60Mbps bitrate to 10 viewrs, and there is Kripp on his shitty internet with 1080p at cinematic 25FPS getting 20-25k viewers every time he goes live.
Kinects camera is bloody great for Skype chats, DAT clarity. Looking forward to see how my friends activity stream develops into Twitch related streams. Holy shit at new Xbox one buyers, they get it all post March 11th!

Twitch plays Titanfall coming then, I presume.
Important question, can I stream without snapping the twitch app to the side? as in can I run it in the background and game full screen?
I love the snap feature of the xbox one but I also dislike playing games shrunk down that much, the ps4 does the same thing with it's grey trim which shrinks the game down a lot.
Also would be nice if the background for twitch was black or a darker colour then pure white.

Damn. I don't recall even Bungie having this much sway leading up to a Halo launch.

So you could watch your friend playing and then jump straight into their game if you want to. That's cool, hope Sony implements it on PS4. The "interactive" streaming we've seen on PS4 games so far has been pretty lame.
Respawn must be feeling the pressure. Hope there's a 'making of' somewhere down the line.
Any news on whether the XBONE/PS4 apps will ever allow for non XBONE/PS4 game streaming? I know the web browser works on PS4, but I want to watch twitchplayspokemon in the app.
people can join my party? Why the hell would I want complete strangers voice chatting with me while streaming?......in fact you probably would just get a ton of trolls screaming in your ear.
Theres already a Twitch app for the Xbox One. As for the PS4, no clue.Any news on whether the XBONE/PS4 apps will ever allow for non XBONE/PS4 game streaming? I know the web browser works on PS4, but I want to watch twitchplayspokemon in the app.
I thought the PS4 integration also extended to interacting with a broadcaster's game if the game implements that SDK...which seems at least as 'deep' a type of integration to me as party joining options, albeit game specific.
Maybe there's other things about the XB1 implementation too.

I personally think that MS knows that it is a greatly anticipated game so they realize that glitches in the system could mean a great embarrassment for the X1. It's pretty much the biggest games being launched for the x1. That's my understanding, so I could be greatly wrong lolAt this point I'm surprised they didn't name the console after Respawn/Titanfall. The second major patch is centered around getting things fixed ahead of the game, Respawn worked with MS to "fix" the controller, the newly announced bundle, and now getting Twitch broadcasting up and running for the game launch. I remember seeing articles that said the broadcasting could be gone until around E3 so good for them on getting it out sooner.
