Nice for EU, NA has a terrible selection for any gamers that have been buying games. Wonderful 101 would have been great since we know no one bought it.

For those who like 2D Mario, you MUST get NSMBU. I don't like the other games in the NSMB series, but this one surprised me, it's an excellent game.

I'm torn between Game & Wario and Wii Party U although I'd rather get the latter with a Wii Remote. Nintendo Land would be cool to have digital but I have no idea if I can sell my physical copy, everyone and his cat already has that game.

japanese campaign is a little different. buy mario kart and you get to try two full games out of six, but only for a month — then if you decide to buy them, you get 40% off.

i guess this is the better deal if you can finish the games in time! if nothing else i'll be using my wii u more than i otherwise would that month.

list includes NSMBU, game & wario, nintendo land, wonderful 101, pikmin 3, and wind waker.

I have all of the NA games except Wind Waker, so I guess I'm getting that. I wish we had EU's selection, I'd love to get Mario & Sonic.

Yeah, this is what bugs me about the NA offer.

You know all the games Wii U owners have already purchased? Have another copy for free. Err, thanks Nintendo of America. There are a couple games on the UK list I don't own and wouldn't mind owning.

I only got Zelda WWHD last week :mad:

I suppose i may as well get Monster Hunter as it's free, i didn't like the demo though :/

Nintendo should give a eShop voucher instead as most people with a WiiU will already have the games on the list.

What's the timeframe for the offer? I'm absolutely buying a WiiU this year, but I just don't know when yet, depending on how long the offer lasts I could change my plans.

Same here. Didn't care for the Wii NSMB, but the NSMBU was a very pleasant surprise. I especially liked the challenge mode (a series of short challenges like complete this level without touching any coins or beat this stage incredibly quickly). Actually ended up liking NSMBU a lot more than the more popular SM3DW.

This is a fantastic deal, they're really going all in on Mario Kart.

Now what do I choose from NSMBU, Game & Wario, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, and Sonic Lost World?

I saw that the limit date to register the game is July 31.

if I register the game after june 30, will I get the coins for platinum status next year?. I've already reached platinum this year and I want to save as much coins as possible for the next one.

sorry if that was dumb, I'm just starting to figure out the whole club nintendo thing.

This along with GCU at best buy will ensure that I will purchase this game.

$48 for Mario Kart and Mario Bros.

Wish that 3d land was one of the games, but I'll have to settle for the other one lol.

Of all four games the only one I don't already own is Wii Party U, and I'm pretty sure I don't want it.

I guess I'll pick whichever game is still worth the most on the used game market, and sell my retail copy.

the "no account" excuse is getting kinda tiresome. It's not as good as the other two options out there, but the nintendo account system works.

my WiiU broke, I got a new one, and I managed to get my NNiD relinked and all my digital content back with a phone call.

It's obnoxious and outdated, I agree, but it's not impossible as some of you guys make it sound.

Man I JUST got NSMBU on Monday. I was holding out for a decent price and found it with SLU for $30 altogether and bit the bullet. Hasn't even arrived yet :/

Pikmin 3 it is!

Woah, best buy is also offering a $10 preorder bonus gas card (it's a regular $10 prepaid card).

So $38 for two games after GCU, so bought.

I don't know why I read GAF anymore. There is so much entitlement and hate in most if the threads these days. If it's not "Nintendo is doomed" then it's resolutiongate or a next gen pissing match.

Nintendo is not only releasing an entry in one of the most beloved series in gaming but is offering you a FREE game to go along with it just for picking it up near launch! Cue posts complaining about their account system and the selection on offer. The entitlement on display is shocking. Name another title anywhere near this tier that released with an equally generous promotion.

Admittedly, the fact the selection for NA is neutered is a little disappointing but the release is still a month out so get on the phone or email and let NoA know you'd like to see the Euro options. (It worked for the Mega Man X sale pricing in Canada).

As a Wii U owner who is spending more and more time with the console every day I'm hyped for this release and am glad that Nintendo is pulling out all the stops to get the title into as many homes as possible. Good times ahead gang, let's celebrate that.
