As I'm sure most of ya know, the leaker e-mailed me last night teasing Shulk.

He also e-mailed me again this morning saying Nintendo keeps a lot secret from Bandai Namco, and that Sakurai may change his mind as he does all the time, but that Shulk was 100%.

A quote: "I only know what has been done, not what or when they will be made available. Sakurai may change his mind, and he does all the time. Shulk will not be changed."

I've e-mailed him about the lack of Shulk, as well as the whole Chrom being a Final Smash thing. I'll update if I get a response.

Still finding it hard to believe. 8 for 11 is no easy task. I wonder what he has to say.

Those last two e-mails with their "extra notes", (Lucas, DLC, Shulk's coming, ect), were bullshit.

I still think we're getting Chorus Men and Shulk though. But I think the last real e-mail (or at least the last one that mattered) that Sal got from that guy was the one before the direct revealing Greninja. That would explain why it might possibly say Chrom, because along with "Pokemon X/Y", it was clearly old info.

It would make sense if he only knows the characters by their intro videos. Maybe for some reason, he mistook this video for a Chrom reveal?

I think he means secrets like when characters will be revealed, not necessarily what characters are in the game. That said, his wording is still weird. Is he saying that he's an employee of Bandai-Namco? That's the first we heard of that.

Man I really hope I'm right. Mainly about the fact that all the trailers are done, and they're just deciding their order last minute. There was even about 3-4 months between the last major leak where we also got Palutena. Still, 8 for 11 is still pretty significant.

Listen, I'm not a SalRomano hater, cause Chorus Kids (or a RH character) is my most wanted newcomer, and I wanted Shulk, and I still think there are parts of the leak that are credible and odd, but...

To the people who took that leak as the word of god himself, see what I've been trying I say? You can't peg Sakurai down. I mean, I'm not one to gloat about being right, but sheesh if I didn't spend so much effort telling people to take the leak with a grain of salt. Between the leaker being wrong about the reveal today, as well as Robin and Lucina, I think now maybe people will look at it differently.

That being said.

I am so fucking hype. Robin was my most wanted FE rep. Plus I had the gender switching thing in my head so it's awesome to see that.

Lucina as a Marth alt/clone is awesome. I love it. I'm sure she'll have her own slot just judging by the website, and I'm starting to think the same for Pittoo.
