I'm actually a christian and it was slightly uncomfortable when I thought about it, but making a big deal of such things, mostly gives non believers even more reasons not to believe.
Heh if Nomura has at least a little sense of self worth he should leave this comapny.
He is still working on another huge game.KH3.
I really hope he doesn't leave.At least for the sake of his character design and the KH series.

Now back to the topic at hand. There's no confirmed released yet besides the game releasing this year? Also if it does will it be a worldwide release?

As big a KH fan as I am, I'm not sure how much Nomura actually has to give the series at this point apart from the character art. I mean, at this point I wouldn't mind someone replacing him as the story designer. I don't HATE the KH story, It's great fun when not taken too seriously but it could be so, sooooooooo much better, especially after DDD.
KH series wouldn't probably suffer too much even if Nomura left (as I said, apart from the character/2D art which would be a real shame to lose). Yasue seems to be just as capable of directing the games. I guess the question is does SE want to pursuit making more KH games if Nomura leaves. KH3 sales prolly would have a lot to do with that...

Considering Square Enix' recent moves, that wouldn't be a surprise anymore. I'm sure it will come out for the PC. Maybe not at launch though.

No, you were right in mentioning it if it was something that bothered you or if you thought it could bother someone else.
It's not like there isn't a wealth of clever people on GAF that could come up with something funnier in an instant.
why would Nomura leave.He is still the head of a major project, and he was named part of that Final Fantasy Committee. He'll get another chance at Final Fantasy, and you could argue SE should have never given him this much of a workload to begin with. He was directing Versus XIII/XV, KH3 (more recently) and didn't he have a big part in TWEWY and some KH portable games? If he leaves what other company is gonna give him the freedom SE has. He'd end up just doing freelance work on a bunch of mobile games like a lot of former Square guys have. No one wins in that scenario.

Wait I just gave SE a pre-order bonus idea....Pre-order now to get a full set of SOLDIER uniforms for the cast.
It's not an FF game without them. I usually find them more fun than the actual main story itself. Even FF XIII had it's nice share of side quests, some really fun and challenging.

I give Nomura a lot of credit for FF XV, even if he is not finishing the game as Director.
He made the game appealing to all of us in the first place.
The joke isn't making fun of Jesus Christ, God, or even Christians. If anything it's making fun of overzealous Nomura fans. Where's the insult you speak of?

I would love to see Lightning in XV instead of Noctis.
I hate to sound spoiled at this point but I almost roll my eyes when I see games as console exclusives at this point. The weirdest part is I used to be a console gamer all the way boy how times have changed.

I think Square-Enix has him by the balls in some sense because of Kingdom Hearts. He probably won't leave and abandon what is very much "his" series unless things get really bad for him at SE. Besides that, I think he's too valuable to them to remove from the company. I would like to think that his removal or "departure" from FFXV is nothing more than the CEO trying to look tough by shaking up projects that seemed stagnant, and in particular shaking up their core franchise project.
Conveniently for them, they could move him to KH3 so that things look kosher to less-savvy onlookers, while also getting him onto a series he has been successful with in the past. It's a pretty no-brainer move for SE.
I really wish we had more details, but there's almost no way we'll ever find out since no company would ever want to risk looking like the assholes.

Guys any GF's that you're looking forward to see? I'm personality hype for shiva, diablos and bahamut ( hopefully they'll appear ) but ifrit and leviathan are sure shoe-ins most likely.

But seriously. SE released not long ago FFVII and VIII on Steam. Theyre releasing XIII now. They are remastering all of their old FFs (I to VI). Even Type-0 and Kingdom Hearts series are being remastered.
The only two that are out till this date are: FF IX and XII. So I hope I can still see IX coming to Steam and XII HD remaster on PS4 / Xone.

I also drew parallels between old FF world maps, which during the course of the games, you only have access to certain areas/zones at a time. People tend to see world maps and say, "I can explore ALL of this", which in face, "Little by little, you explore all of this, one piece at a time".
I remember reading an interview a while back where Nomura revealed that some of the things like summons and monsters(which was proven true) were going to be inspired by their more classic "traditional" looks. If that Leviathan's anything to go by, these won't be transforming summonbots. They are going to be the more classic representations of the summons(well, like seen in MOST FF games, I guess).
