It'll be a better Sony event than the others this year for sure, and in general, a really good weekend since the TGAs are happening too. I'm actually quite eager to see that show too. I mentioned earlier in this thread that the Experience is pretty much going to be one of the biggest SCE will ever do, and that's true in every sense of the word.

I think hype threads are one of those GAF things though. A lot of members just enjoy the craziness of it all anyway. I especially remember the PS4 build up being hilarious.

That's about all I have to say. I'll get back to shilling my bet.

What I got from this is that there's actually a chance that The Last Guardian, FFVII and Crash might ALL be revealed at the PSX. Not just one of them, like most of us initially thought.

We need to dream bigger, boys and girls.

The IP isn't owned by them. Not sure about the exact agreement or what it entails or what "life of the product" even means. I was more making fun of Ninja Gaiden being an exclusive than actually expecting Titanfall on PS4 though.

It's fun to read this thread as I have: only checking in every 4 hours or so and only reading the last 2 pages or so. You really get to see the jumps in hype at the event gets nearer, instead of the slow incline if you read it continuously.

Hyped out of control, and still rising :p :D

I think there's a good chance that TitanFall 2 might be revealed at PSX as not exclusive.
And come on, guys. That still is a good MP game.

However, if Sony paid up to make TF jump ship for the sequel, that would go down in history as one of their biggest wastes of money. Not likely though.

I really hope not.

The only consequence from that is Microsoft losing all credibility for holding exclusives. This was the consoles flagship title and losing it 9 months later would cause a headache to other developers who go Xbox exclusive as people will wait for the PS4 version.

I agree completely, but Respawn may be chomping at the bit at throwing a hint at the larger customer base that they will be around for the sequel, right?


They don't have to outright announce it, but being part of the panel may be part of the signaling game, I think.

We'll see. either way, they better be ready to dodge basically every question during the panel if they are just there to talk in generalities about game development. I imagine their PR people are smarter than that!

All this Titanfall talk has killed half my hype :p

I'm going to go ahead and check out that cheap season pass content to see if I would be interested in a sequel after all.

I don't have any problems with Titanfall on PS4,but seriously,so many opportunities on this conference,they won't waste on a dead game like it.
