It will most likely be like the last few invitationals. The last few invitationals had $20k prize pot. Capcom gave $15k bonus to Final Round and there are about 500 players for Ultra so add in another $5k and you get $20k prize pot.

$10k for 1st
$4.5k for 2nd
$2k for 3rd
$1.5k for 4th
$750 for 5/6
$250 for 7/8
