Don't get me wrong, I want to play No Man's Sky. The initial reveal of the game was amazing, but I've found the footage we've got since then to just be the exact same thing slightly re-packaged. All I want now is a release date, I don't want to see the same trailer over again.

They'll just show off another trailer that visits a few planets and then some space action. They've done the same thing for the past year and it's completely boring now.

Sean has been very clear that he simply wished to introduce the game in a simple manner. He's worried people wont understand it if he goes all in. Now that the world knows, I'm willing to bet he's going to show something special like what he says he hasn't shown, such as Destructable terrain.

Non souls Japanese games don't sell that well in the west and outside of a hardcore fans of Japanese games it won't appeal to the mainstream which e3 games usually target.

I would announce its return at tgs where it will be appreciated. Unless it's become some kind of shooter lol.
