The leak got me to actually watch the conference though. I think the same might be said for a good few people.
What do you think is a good guess for the release date? 2018?

You've known about it for that long?? Well, geez...this whole thing makes the PC port announcement before just more confusing. Why do that? I could understand if he purposely used vague language, but it was deliberately said that it was a port of the PC version.

Must have been if it's been over a year that some one knew of it... that's a pretty good long con honestly. I wonder what they were thinking to themselves watching all the disappointment last year when they knew they couldn't say anything for a year or more.

Wow. It really sucks it was leaked right before. I didn't believe it though because who would? Especially after the FFVII ruse at PSX. I thought if it was true then it was a mistake and they would show the PC port one with a "new" reskin of better textures or higher res backgrounds. Was legit shook when it showed up though. I thought the World of FF was going to be it but then nope, something else. Then life stream and tears.

Nomura has been co-directing KH with Tai Yasue for a while now.
I guess Yasue will just have more work now =P
Although, if KH3D is anything to go by, they're still quite dependent on Nomura for both the story and the gameplay stuff.

Simple, Squaresoft really was trolling everyone, and knowingly too. I'm pretty impressed, that was a decent long con. And they managed to get me at World of FF (which I think they also purposely put in front to make you think the rumor was about it).

There is that 4 hour long PC thing. Believe. 1 hours of random PC shit and 3 hours of HL3.
More like Teraton. I also though GAF was going well through Bethesda and MS (and the flacid EA and Ubi). Good to see Sony, Square and Suzuki brining down GAF. Teamwork.
Different team, I'm sure. XV keeps "stumbling" because of its past which was basically PR and development hell. It's heading in the right direction now, but it still feels like forever because it has been.
But yeah, here's to hoping the FFVII remake does not get stuck in PR and development hell.

Er couldn't they just say first on PS4 and also console exclusive? I feel like they said that for another game during the press conference. Can't remember which. No Man's Sky? Or they just say nothing other than 'coming to PS4' and letting everyone think it is exclusive. FFXV and KH3 are both coming to XBO. I'll wait till I see something definitive from SE or Sony before being sure it's only coming to PS4 and not XBO.
