Harada: TEKKEN X Street Fighter "at a pretty far stage into its development"

Still surprised that game didn't die after SFxT.

Glad they're making it though. Especially since it'll (hopefully) be current gen and on the T7 engine.

pretty good comparison since it was announced one year later than TLG and I think we had seen even less of TxSF. But I am sure waiting fof the hatred of SFxT to die down is mostly responsible for that.
This. Though I'm pretty sure they're gonna use the SFV & T7 designs for TxSF, now.

I hope this comes out. Trying to get the SF characters working probably in the Tekken engine seems a lot more interesting than the other way around.

Glad to hear it. The game was always a long ways off Namco said it themselves they were prioritizing a bunch of other titles first.

This isn't the last guardian of fighting games. They haven't even shown so much as a trailer.

I'll believe it when I see it. When did Harada have time between Tekken 7 and Pokken?

If this is real I don't think it'd be out until 2017.

2017 seems likely. No way they'll release it next year when both Tekken 7 and Street Fighter V are (presumably) coming out.

How will projectiles work that's what I've always wondered. And what way characters will look, MKX mockup of Chun Li was fucking nightmare fuel

Haha totally forgot about this version
Was like "wait street fighter vs capcom released ages ago"

Thought the reception wasn't good and they abandoned it but it lives

Wouldn't be surprised if the game engine is the same for Tekken 7.

Definitely feel that is the case. Can't see them breaking their back for this crossover. Same engine and with the Tekken cast done half the work in a sense is already there. Just depends on if any new mechanics are introduced.

I thought it was dropped because SF X TK was deemed a failure?! I remember something like that.

It sold well just not as much as they HD projected. What really killed it was the controversy on DLC, along with it being broken for FGC until the last patch, and no one liking the gems or pandora mode. Might be missing some, but it was a case of adding too much of what people didn't want.

get some go again
maybe they will release it exclusively to arcades in 2016 or something and wait for sf5 to have a full year on consoles.
