Thank you =(
I've tried to step away numerous times but I need to read and post about this with all my fell GAFers. Have to get through this kind of stuff together - I'm not strong enough to think about it while trying to do other stuff.
Reminds me a lot of Steve Jobs and how his health deteriorated
Saw this while I was at SDCC and broke down crying.
Iwata was such an important influence on my childhood. To think of how much he's endured in the last few months full knowing of his situation yet continuing to smile and lead is just heart wrenching.
Rest in peace Mr. Iwata. May Nintendo continue to follow your vision of focusing on fun first, business second.
I'm crying. Why? How? I can't... =( NO...I REALLY HOPED IT WAS A JOKE OR WHATEVER... WTF. WTF !!!!!!
Fuck cancer.Reminds me a lot of Steve Jobs and how his health deteriorated
Yeah I should have been in bed a couple hours ago. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day at work. Luckily I don't work with other gamers so maybe I won't think about it too much. I don't see much sleep in my near future.Normally I'd be sleeping right now to get some rest for tomorrow's workday, but man, this really has me bummed out.
=(
Let's not, this thread is about Iwata and us honoring him. Let's not mess this up by bringing up anyone else, especially a polarizing figure like Jobs.
Can anyone please add a ribbon to my avatar? I would greatly appreciated it.
I just can't get over this. It's so sudden. Iwata...
Could someone please give me a ribbon?
I died

Nobody in the industry has the same passion for video games as he had..
Yes I'm aware, I still think we shouldn't be bringing up other people in this thread like this. So I'm going to stop discussing this after this post.I don't think he's drawing any comparison other than the way cancer diminishes your physical appearance.
