In 5 years, it's going to be pretty standard for people to take those 360 videos. People will be posting them on Facebook and you'll be able to go into them with your VR headset.

So I got somewhat lucky with the new AMG pack... turns out I'd already downloaded it, but it just needed to be "purchased". So I tethered up my iPhone, "bought" it and disabled tethering. Score!

Just quietly, the Merc GT3 is the very definition of "opposite lock".

Especially in the wet.

Especially when I use it.

It feels like the only car that might actually be going faster when oversteering. So much fun. And it sounds glorious.

Has anyone else been getting the disconnected from server error message lately (you know the error from back at release when nothing worked)? For a long time it's been flawless but the last week or so has seen it rear it's ugly head again. I get booted out of club and challenge pages and some times when I finish an event I'm worried that my times won't make it onto the leaderboard.

Rushy, do you have any feedback on the issue I had with the corner penalty in private lobby? I uploaded a video in case you missed it. Thanks.

Ugh, those folks.. I always try to pull a "Fast and Furious" maneuver and slam the break so they go straight into the wall. Fun time when they actually do.

(To avoid a double-post..)

Also snagged a quick clip from my gameplay earlier. You think this game looks amazing, and then the bikes just take it to a whole 'nother level.. (not to mentioned I bested the highest time on my friends list by 20+ seconds in this race. Yee-haw.)

Annoyingly, what usually happens for me, when they do that, is they do hit the wall, but bounce off, and keep going at a nice speed, taking my position, as I break hard and exit the turn slower than the guy that smashed into the wall at 80 mph.

That's probably the only thing I don't like about DC. I wish they was more in the game to punish crashing. I like absolute mechanical damage. You don't have to be a racing sim to feature mechanical damage either. GRID proved that, that game was a lot of fun. It was nice to see bad players wipe out within the first turn and have to sit their for 3 laps as everyone drives past.

Did my part. I am actually surprised by how fast it has gone up. Still not sure if we'll make it but at least it seems possible.

I'll spend an hour or two bashing my head against elite trials. Then I get fed up, pick up the DS4 and beat it in 10min.

I'm using a G27, if that makes any difference.

So you mean via GIMX?

Others and myself had the same experience. Also it was said before that the game is harder with a wheel so I guess its just true. It never clicked for me as pcars on PC or GT5 with a G25.

The G27 isn't an officially supported wheel on the PS4, so I don't believe it'll behave entirely correctly hence your difficulties.

Having said that DRIVECLUB on a wheel is generally more difficult, although to offset that you can be more precise, as you have to do more of the work yourself (especially on counter steer).
